Due to the increasing demand for a place under Al's desk, we have found it necessary to set up a registration system. As you can see, when things go awray, Al likes to pack up his Crown Royal and head under the desk until the dust has settled. Some time ago, when I really messed up on the CEFSG, I asked Al if I could come and join him under the desk. He was very busy at the time, did not have adequate stock and so I had to go under my own desk .... but it just was not the same. Sure, I might have a bigger desk, but it is not "Al's Desk" and so it does not have the same personality, the in-house supplies and all the other amenities that make it "Al's Desk".
With this new blog, I am sure we can coax Al into telling us the true story about how the desk was built, how he stocks it and what are the admission requirements. I am thinking that if this catches on, we can franchise the operation so you will be able to stay at "Al Lloyd Desk Resorts" wherever you are in trouble and travelling.

The only requirement for entry into the cubby hole under my desk is that you commit a faux pas that requires you to hide out for a while.
Oh, I almost forgot, you must bring your own CR, unless you are a Tony Stewart fan, and in that case the drinks are on me.
Just bring some CR and you are welcome to join in the fun.
